The production idea of Stranger craft chocolate is to create bean to bar chocolate from graded cocoa beans without extra ingredients that everyone will love.

For production, we carefully select and process small batches of cocoa beans to emphasize the individuality of each cocoa variety.

Like all global producers of bean to bar chocolate, during the production process we look for unique aromas that are valued in the chocolate world. When creating bean to bar chocolate, cocoa beans are transformed into a seamless duet of taste and aroma, which is preserved in each bar.

Before the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, we sent samples of our chocolate to the International Chocolate Awards. At the end of June 2022, we received four awards.

Chocolate Tanzania 70% and Dominican Republic 70% received silver awards, Venezuela Sur del Lago 74%   and Chocolate 64% (Ecuador) received bronze awards.
